Dwarf Japanese Maples - Great for Containers and Small Areas

Dwarf Japanese maples are slow growing or compact trees which mature at about six to eight feet depending on the cultivar. In general, dwarfs have small leaves, short internodes and profuse branching. Dwarf maples are great for areas in the landscape where space is limited. Dwarf maples are often used for bonsai and rock gardens and they are great for containers.
